Contract type: Permanent Contract, 22.5 hours per week over 3 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience and Sales
    • Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets as agreed with your line manager
    • Deliver authentic and personalised customer service every time
    • Build lasting relationships with customers in-store and online to encourage loyalty and repeat business
    • Introduce customers to upcoming in-store events promotions and brand activities
    • Create engaging experiences that inspire customers and promote the Poco Beauty brand
  • Brand Representation and Events
    • Represent Poco Beauty with passion, knowledge and professionalism
    • Support and participate in exciting in-store events and activations
    • Share brand knowledge in line with company guidelines
  • Operations and Standards
    • Take part in ongoing training to stay up to date with new products and techniques
    • Complete daily and weekly operational tasks to a high standard
    • Maintain excellent counter hygiene, housekeeping and presentation at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events
