The predicted salary is between 33192 - 33192 £ per year.

This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) that offers a healthy balance between home and office working, along with the option of a 9-day fortnight. The role is agile and flexible, although some travel will be needed from time to time, so a full, valid UK driving licence is required.

You’ll be part of a supportive team of six, reporting to the Rent and Service Charge Manager. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of rent and service charge accounts. You’ll prepare budgets and statements, analyse costs, and provide clear, accurate information to customers and colleagues. You’ll also manage a variety of queries, working collaboratively across the organisation to resolve issues and improve services.
