We\'re hiring (exclusively) for a Senior Medical Writer to join a wholly independent, international medical communications agency. This is a chance to focus on high-quality scientific publications for global pharmaceutical clients. The agency is known for excellence in medical writing and communication, offering a supportive, professional environment where your expertise in publications planning and delivery will be central to their success.
What you\'ll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing a range of scientific publications including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations.
- Taking the lead on the editorial management of individual projects, ensuring deliverables are of the highest standard and completed on time.
- Advising on best practice guides, such as Good Publication Practice (GPP) and ICMJE guidelines, to ensure all content is compliant and accurate.
The experience you\'ll need
- Significant, proven experience in a similar medical writing role with an essential focus on scientific publications (e.g., manuscripts, abstracts).
- A strong foundation in science, with the ability to interpret complex clinical data and communicate it clearly to a scientific audience.
- An understanding of the immunology therapeutic area is desirable, though not essential, to contribute to a variety of cutting-edge therapies.
