As a Painter, you'll be part of our in-house team delivering internal and external painting programmes across our homes and communities.

Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll be responsible for completing painting works safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a professional point of contact for customers on site. Health and safety will be at the heart of everything you do.

To help you succeed in the role, we'll provide a company van and all the tools, equipment, and resources you need to carry out your work effectively.

Skills and Experience Needed

We're looking for someone with relevant experience in the painting industry who takes pride in delivering high standards and excellent customer service. You'll be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You must hold a City & Guilds qualification in Painting (or an equivalent relevant qualification) and a full clean driving licence. You'll also have a good understanding of health and safety and be committed to maintaining safe working practices while delivering a high-quality service for our customers.
