This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and deliver learning that supports our People Strategy and helps colleagues thrive. While both roles will design and deliver high-quality learning interventions across the business, one role will have a broader learning and development focus, while the other will focus on supporting key digital transformation initiatives, including embedding digital ways of working across Codi. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver impactful learning, support continuous improvement, and help build the skills needed for future success.

Skills and Experience Needed

We're looking for a learning and development professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering induction programmes, statutory and mandatory training, personal development learning, and e-learning solutions. You'll be a confident presenter and facilitator, able to engage a range of audiences and create a positive learning experience. You'll also have the ability to develop innovative, high-quality learning materials that meet business needs and support colleagues to develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
