This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced administrative position within the Codi Facilities Management Team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of FM duties and establish relationships with various departments within the company as well as external contractors.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with contractors and undertaking building checks. Additionally, you will assist in managing contracts under the FM team's remit. You will also provide support for Compliance areas managed by the FM team, uploading data and providing information to colleagues on the FM team. - £26,836.00 per annum
- 12 month Fixed term contract / internal secondment opportunity
