About the role
The service provides 33 units of supported accommodation, staffed 24 hours for homeless people aged over 18. Your role will be to provide a cleaning service to our properties which include the following tasks:
- Vacuum-clean carpeted areas & sweep and wash non-carpeted floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Clean windows, windowsills, glass doors
- Disinfect and dust toilet areas including restocking of consumables
- Sort rubbish for recycling
- Clean and disinfect external bin stores; place/return wheelie bins on weekly basis for collection
- Clear litter and accumulated rubbish from internal and external areas
- Sweep car parks and internal courtyards and external staircases
- Clean communal kitchens & bathrooms
- Occasionally required to assist with supporting cleaning bedrooms ready for new residents
