About the role

The service provides 33 units of supported accommodation, staffed 24 hours for homeless people aged over 18. Your role will be to provide a cleaning service to our properties which include the following tasks:

  • Vacuum-clean carpeted areas & sweep and wash non-carpeted floors
  • Dust and polish furniture
  • Clean windows, windowsills, glass doors
  • Disinfect and dust toilet areas including restocking of consumables
  • Sort rubbish for recycling
  • Clean and disinfect external bin stores; place/return wheelie bins on weekly basis for collection
  • Clear litter and accumulated rubbish from internal and external areas
  • Sweep car parks and internal courtyards and external staircases
  • Clean communal kitchens & bathrooms
  • Occasionally required to assist with supporting cleaning bedrooms ready for new residents
