We are hiring for a Medical Strategy Consultant to join an independently owned, global healthcare communications and consulting agency, with offices worldwide. You will step into a newly created role focused on developing service offerings in medical strategy at both product and portfolio levels. This position offers the autonomy to shape the service line, build a team, and manage a pipeline of projects. This is a hybrid role, available in the UK (Cambridge, London, Manchester, Bristol) or US (Boston, New York).
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development of strategic projects across product, portfolio, and launch strategies, including designing and facilitating workshops.
- Identifying gaps in current offerings and proposing new services to support business development and team growth.
- Translating complex strategic insights into clear recommendations for clients while overseeing end-to-end project workflows.
The experience you’ll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Strategy roles within Medical Communications agencies.
- An undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or 3.3 CGPA equivalent), with postgraduate qualifications considered an advantage.
- A proven ability to lead strategy projects from the outset with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial awareness.
