We work with international clients on a range of hiring needs, from entry-level to executive appointments. The company is hiring for an established life sciences consultancy that is seeking a Head of Consulting to join its leadership team. This role is pivotal for a senior leader with significant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech industries and a proven track record in consulting practice growth. You will set the strategic vision for the consulting practice, expand client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high‐impact solutions to a global client base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the consulting practice, expanding successful offerings and securing new commercial opportunities aligned with the company's revenue strategy.
- Manage, mentor, and expand a diverse and talented team of consultants, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and supportive environment.
- Play an integral role within the leadership team, collaborating with the Head of Sales and CEO to drive new business through thought leadership, proposal development, and project design methodologies.
Qualifications
- Significant tenure in the life sciences industry (at least a decade) and at least 7 years in consulting, with experience across the pharma value chain.
- Demonstrable experience in growing a team and successfully scaling a consulting practice.
- A strong commercial acumen and track record of building trusted advisor relationships with key industry figures.
