pobl. is a talent consultancy specialising in medical communications, healthcare advertising and market access. We work with international clients on a range of hiring needs, from entry-level to executive appointments.

This is a senior consulting leadership role within a growing life sciences consultancy. Reporting into the Head of Consulting, the Consulting Director will lead complex client engagements end-to-end, manage and develop a team of consultants, and contribute to the strategic growth of the consulting practice across areas including digital transformation, commercial strategy, medical affairs and patient engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead high-impact life sciences consulting projects from design through to delivery, ensuring clear outcomes and strong client relationships.
  • Build and grow a portfolio of work through business development, proposal development and long-term client partnership.
  • Manage, mentor and develop consultants, supporting capability building and consistent delivery across engagements.

The experience you’ll need:

  • 7+ years’ experience in strategy or management consulting, with a minimum of 4 years focused on life sciences or pharma.
  • Proven experience leading senior client engagements and contributing to business development and practice growth.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation and communication skills, with experience managing and developing consulting teams.
