We’re hiring for a Client Services Director to join a London-based digital healthcare communications agency team. This is a high-level leadership role designed for a strategic partner who can drive significant revenue growth while acting as a trusted consultant to senior pharmaceutical stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with regular trips to an office space in Central London.
- Strategic Partnership: You will lead the strategic direction across allocated accounts, translating complex brand and business priorities into effective tactical activations that deliver measurable value.
- Commercial Leadership: You will take full accountability for account performance and forecasting, identifying organic growth opportunities and leading proactive proposals or competitive pitches.
