About the role
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce by proactively sourcing, engaging and building relationships with talent across a wide range of professions. We recruit for an incredibly diverse portfolio of roles – including housing, technology, trades, finance and more, so no two days will ever be the same.
Alongside this, you’ll work closely with the Talent Attraction Lead and Administrator to deliver a seamless, engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.

Skills and Experience Needed
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong foundation in recruitment support and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
You’ll be passionate about the impact talent acquisition has on business success. With excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, you’ll enjoy engaging with people, building trust quickly and representing the organisation positively.
A background in a customer service environment is essential, as this role is all about providing a responsive, professional and candidate focused experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
You’ll need the ability and curiosity to build a strong understanding of relevant labour markets, alongside excellent IT skills to confidently use systems and data to support effective recruitment and talent sourcing.

This is a hybrid role, with an office base in Cardiff, Newport or Swansea. While you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, the role requires you to spend regular time out and about getting to know our teams and job roles, attending meetings, and representing Codi through networking with colleges, partners and local organisations.
This is a full‑time, permanent role (37 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £29,020 per annum, alongside a benefits package designed to support you both at work and beyond.
