Codi Group is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to deliver a responsive aftercare service for customers in our new-build developments. You will be a key contact during the post-completion period, resolving queries, defects and warranty matters and coordinating repairs with contractors.
Based mainly in Swansea with occasional travel to Cardiff and Newport, the role requires strong communication, practical problem-solving and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
