We’re looking for a full‑time and permanent Neighbourhood Housing Manager to join our team in Swansea. The role leads the delivery of housing services across Swansea, Neath and Carmarthenshire. It is an agile role that can be based in the office, at home, or within the communities we serve, and includes a 9‑day fortnight to support work‑life balance. You will be the main contact for customers and partners, working closely with teams across the organisation to deliver a joined‑up, holistic approach, and will visibly support tenants, manage lettings, improve estates and community safety across the area patch.
Codi is a not‑for‑profit provider of housing, care and support in Wales, looking after almost 25,000 homes and building more than 4,500 new ones over the next five years. We support nearly 17,000 individuals daily and employ over 3,000 passionate colleagues.
The Neighbourhood Housing Manager leads a patch of approximately 400 homes, building meaningful relationships with customers and ensuring zero evictions. You will manage difficulties early, collaborate with community development and housing support services, and monitor safety, safeguarding and anti‑social behaviour, making proportionate decisions and keeping accurate digital records.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Solid experience in tenancy and estate management, delivering customer‑focused services.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, including the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
- Experience managing antisocial behaviour and safeguarding cases, and handling competing priorities.
- Confidence using digital systems and accurate record keeping.
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Track record of delivering great service and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of and commitment to building relationships with external agencies and elected representatives.

Pay and Pensions: £38,648 per annum. Pension Choices: Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%.
