Dan y Bryn Residential Care Home is seeking dedicated Care Workers to continue providing exceptional support to residents.
This is a 36-hour, full-time role on a rolling 2-week rota with day, evening and night shifts and weekend work.
The role includes promoting health and wellbeing, personal care, medication administration, activities engagement, and using a person-centred approach, with digital recording.
Sleep-in and waking night shifts with enhanced DBS and registration support offered.
