About the role
This is a Scheme Support Officer role based in our Supported accommodation service, Ty Croeso, Caerphilly. We have a team of Scheme Support officers and Project Workers and providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.
Tŷ Croeso is a 10-bed supported accommodation that provides support to homeless individuals aged 18 and over. You will be working with a diverse group of people from varying backgrounds, some of whom may have experienced trauma and complex needs. Every day is different, you'll be learning new skills and have opportunity to work with a variety of agencies. We engage with the people we support through positive meaningful activities and provide a Psychologically Informed Environment. Your role would be working alongside the project workers promoting tenancy management skills to our clients and providing any other housing related support they may require
