We have a 30-hour Waking Night vacancy for a passionate and committed Support Worker to join our supported living care service in Caerleon, Newport. You will support 3 individuals with Learning and Physical Disabilities. Shifts are from 10pm to 8am, with enhanced pay from 11pm for night work. Due to the needs of the individuals we support, this is a female-only position.
Who are Pobl Group? Pobl Group employs over 2,300 colleagues providing diverse services across Wales. Our Care team offers registered care services throughout South Wales, supporting individuals to live positive, independent lives in their own homes.
This role is based in our Newport service for individuals with Physical and Learning Disabilities. Support Workers assist with daily independence, skill development, and emotional support, following the "do with, not do for" philosophy. You may also engage in community activities and provide new experiences for the individuals we support. As a Pobl Difference Maker, your opinions matter. Responsibilities:
- Supporting with medication administration
- Assisting with bedtime routines
- Providing support throughout the night for individual needs
- Personal care
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Cleaning duties
Skills and Experience:
Experience with physical or mental health needs and learning disabilities is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. Key qualities include:

Pay and Benefits:
