We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring every new colleague can join us efficiently, compliantly, and with a great experience from day one.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end‑to‑end onboarding process for care and support candidates, ensuring all recruitment and employment checks are completed in line with legal, organisational, and CIW regulatory standards.
- Complete and verify essential pre‑employment checks, including Right to Work, DBS, references and medical clearances, in accordance with safer recruitment and regulatory standards.
- Communicate proactively with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Support internal audits by maintaining high‑quality records and preparing candidate files for review.
- Ensure a fully compliant and smooth onboarding journey for candidates entering our care services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of recruitment and selection administration is essential.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance related recruitment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel; experience with HR or recruitment systems is an advantage.
- Good awareness of inclusive recruitment, equality and compliance.
- Standard of education including English and Maths.

- This is a 30‑hour per week, 12‑month fixed‑term role with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package: £25,877 per annum pro‑rata.
