We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring every new colleague can join us efficiently, compliantly, and with a great experience from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end onboarding process for care and support candidates, ensuring all recruitment and employment checks are completed in line with legal, organisational, and CIW regulatory standards.
  • Complete and verify essential pre‑employment checks, including Right to Work, DBS, references and medical clearances, in accordance with safer recruitment and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Support internal audits by maintaining high‑quality records and preparing candidate files for review.
  • Ensure a fully compliant and smooth onboarding journey for candidates entering our care services.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of recruitment and selection administration is essential.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance related recruitment.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel; experience with HR or recruitment systems is an advantage.
  • Good awareness of inclusive recruitment, equality and compliance.
  • Standard of education including English and Maths.

Benefits

  • This is a 30‑hour per week, 12‑month fixed‑term role with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package: £25,877 per annum pro‑rata.
  • Mixture of office and home working, depending on business needs.
  • 26 days holiday, pro‑rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
