We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Planned Repairs Team on a full-time, permanent basis. We’re particularly looking for someone with plumbing as their core trade, as this is essential for the role. Experience in carpentry or other trades would be a bonus, but not essential. You’ll be based from our Swansea office, working predominantly on planned works, such as kitchen and bathroom refits, with occasional support in other areas of the business like reactive maintenance or voids.If you’re a qualified plumber with a passion for doing quality work that makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you!

What are the pay and benefits?

  • The salary is £32,512 for a 40 hour full time permanent position.
  • Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire, with our office base for this role being Swansea
  • Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.

What skills and experience do you need?

We’re looking for Multi Skilled Engineers with:

  • A City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent) in your core trade- Plumbing (essential).
  • Practical experience in your core trade.
  • Confidence working in people’s homes and providing a professional, courteous service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to carry out work in other trade areas (e.g., basic plastering, carpentry, brickwork, etc.)
  • A flexible and positive approach to work and problem solving
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A strong commitment to health and safety

Bonus if you’ve worked in a social housing environment or have experience using mobile working systems – but these are not essential.
