Pobl Group in Llanelli is seeking a Part-time Project Worker (Complex Needs) for a Young Persons Supported Accommodation scheme. You will support the Manager with goal plans and refer to agencies to assist with housing options.
You will liaise with Social Services, Benefits Agencies, Housing Department, and Resettlement teams to promote recovery and independence, including promoting mental health and recovery from substance misuse where applicable.
