We as Codi have multiple opportunities to join as a Floating Support Worker (Part‑Time & Full‑Time) across our West Services. Each service is unique but ultimately has the same goal – to provide skills and knowledge for our clients and work towards independent living.

About the Services:
- Ceredigion Mental Health Service (2x 37 hours) – Based at the Camfan Service, Lampeter, Ceredigion. The manager of Floating Support Workers & Scheme Support Officers specifically supports those experiencing mental health conditions and individuals in their homes or temporary accommodation across Ceredigion. The team aims to prevent homelessness by providing support to manage debt, promote health and wellbeing, and empower positive choices.
- Connecting People Service (1x 23 hours) – Based at the Camfan Service, Lampeter, Ceredigion. The manager and Floating Support Workers provide a passion for supporting individuals experiencing challenging times. You will provide community support to adults (18+) with mild learning disabilities, around housing challenges, mental health issues, substance misuse, and other complex needs.
- Dyfed Powys Diversionary Scheme (1x 27 hours) – Based within our Diversionary Scheme, Powys. The multi‑agency service seeks to address offending behaviour across four hubs. Working closely with Police and Housing, you will support various clients to achieve independent living and reduce re‑offending. Requires Non‑Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) check, which is paid for.

Key Details:
- All roles are permanent contracts.
- Working pattern primarily Monday–Friday office hours with flexibility for service needs.
- Essential to hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
Pay & Pensions:
- £25,877.80 FTE – As of 1 Apr 2026
- Pension Choices: Defined Contribution (DC) scheme with matched contributions up to 10% Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.
