About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on, proactive individual who enjoys making a positive impact on people’s lives. As a Damp and Mould Technician, you’ll play a key role in improving the quality of homes by providing essential repairs and advice to customers. You’ll be supported by a team of experienced professionals and have the chance to develop your skills further while making a real difference. You’ll be part of the Pobl Repairs team, based in Swansea, and report to the Repairs Supervisor. This mobile role means you’ll be on the move, visiting customers in their homes to carry out important repairs and maintenance. The role is key in ensuring we deliver high quality service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to a better living environment for our tenants.

Benefits & Salary
- Salary: £31,891 for a 40‑hour full‑time permanent position.
- Our Pobl Repairs team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Bridgend with a trades office base in Swansea.
- Working days are predominantly Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.
