Damp & Mould Technician – Pobl Group
Fantastic opportunity as a Damp & Mould Technician! We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals to deliver essential repairs, including mould washdowns, minor repairs, and preventative advice to customers. Pay & Benefits
- Salary £31,891 for a full‑time 40‑hour permanent position
- Working days Monday‑Friday or compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight
- Coverage between Haverfordwest and Bridgend with a trades office base in Swansea
- Uniform, power tools, work van and fuel card provided
- 26 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (30 days with length of service)
- Full driver’s licence required

Role Fit
You’ll be part of the Pobl Repairs team based in Swansea, reporting to the Repairs Supervisor. This mobile role means you’ll be on the move, visiting customers in their homes to carry out important repairs and maintenance.
