What is the role?
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead the care team to provide exceptional support
- Ensure safety and well-being by following safeguarding policies
- Supervise and mentor care workers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills and experience required:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a care role
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 (or equivalent), working towards Level 3
- Experience in care plan implementation, risk assessments, audits
- Leadership experience including team management and appraisals
Pay and benefits:
- £26,315 FTE 36-hour salary
- Enhanced pay for night hours
- 26 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays
