Join us as a Data & Insight Analyst and help turn data into meaningful insight that drives smarter decision‑making across the organisation.
This is a 37‑hour, fixed‑term opportunity offering agile working, with a mix of home and office‑based work to support an excellent work‑life balance.
You’ll provide high‑quality data analysis and insight to support decision making across the organisation, creating impactful reports, dashboards and KPI performance measures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and KPI performance measures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to interpret data, deliver meaningful insights and recommendations, and support key projects and transformation activity.
- Improve data quality, promote best practice, and embed a culture where data and insight drive performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data and performance‑focused roles with a strong track record of developing reports and performance dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Advanced SQL query‑writing skills and hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS.
- Exposure to other technologies such as Tableau, Cognos, Oracle or My SQL.
- Ability to turn data into clear, meaningful insights that support effective decision‑making and drive performance.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines, budget and quality standards.
