About The Role
This is a Accommodation Co-Ordinator role based in our Supported accommodation service, Clifton Place, Newport. We have a team of Scheme Support officers, Lead Project Workers and Project Workers providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.
Being the first point of contact for our clients, who range of families, young people, pregnant women individuals with physical disabilities, mental health, substance misuse and individuals who have been trafficked from other countries. You will be managing referrals via Gateway system and maintaining client records filing & archiving, to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Skills and Experience Needed
Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people are essential.
More important are:
- A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible
- Co-ordination, planning and organising – Maintenance, meetings, events
- Good communication via telephone and reception duties
- A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player
- Ability to deal with conflicting and difficult situations

Pay and Pensions
- £25,877.80 – As of 1st April 2026
- Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift
