Pobl Group is seeking a Project Worker for our 10-bed Supported Accommodation Service at Garth Villas, Merthyr Tydfil. Working with the Service Manager and a small team, you will support individuals who are homeless with a range of needs, helping them engage with services and work towards independent tenancy.
Relevant experience with vulnerable people is essential, and holding a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required to support the service across the local area.
