We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during food preparation and service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas throughout shifts.
  • Manage cash register operations, including handling payments and giving correct change.
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks when required, supporting team members during busy periods.
  • Uphold company standards for presentation, quality, and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
