Key responsibilities
- Manage and update bookings, ensuring all key personnel are informed of any changes.
- Coordinate with Asset and Charter contacts to deliver optimal service.
- Assist with activities such as customs clearance and standkit transitions.
- Gather and compile information for weekly and monthly KPIs, reporting findings to the line manager.
- Collaborate with P&O FM staff at other sites to enhance customer efficiency.
- Maintain daily professional communication with customer personnel.
Profile
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to prioritise and manage own work load.
- An eye for detail and excellent customer service.
- Confident IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
- Experience in transport/ logistics and Health and Safety knowledge would be an advantage; we are open to candidates with transferable skills from a role where you are used to working to multiple timelines and tasks.
- You must have a creative problem-solving mindset and the ability to learn quickly on the job.
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role to get on site.
