If so, P&O Ferrymasters are looking for a Contract Co-ordinator to join us on a fixed-term contract for 6 months in Corby, Northamptonshire! Join our team if you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career! Your role: As Contract Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day to day running of our customer’s contract. You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport professionals to provide a high service level for our customer. Other key responsibilities for Contract Co-ordinator: Raise and manage bookings keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes and liaising with other departments to achieve optimum service. Ensure collection and delivery expectations are met in both an effective and efficient way. Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner. Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit change overs. Collate information relevant for various KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line manager, as well as liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximise efficiencies for the customer.
