Overview

Job Description: About the Role – DP World in the UK is at the heart of Britain\’s trading future, providing the right trading infrastructure, smart logistical solutions and the benefits of freeport status to our customers. An excellent opportunity has opened within Commercial Team for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month contract.

Location: Southampton
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid Model)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management
  • Multiple calendar management, coordinating communication responses, events and manage logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Organise and maintain department SharePoint folders
  • Assist teams with customer inquiries
  • Liaise and build relationships with internal departments to resolve operational issues
  • Monitor and manage Team email inboxes
  • Support the team with general administrative duties
  • Management of department procurement and invoicing responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures for services/products
  • General adhoc duties to support the team
  • Proven experience in team administrative support

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Professional demeanour and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
