About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Booking Coordinator to join our remote team. This position focuses on coordinating travel arrangements, booking accommodations, and supporting event logistics for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for planning, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Travel & Booking Management
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
- Utilize travel platforms and tools to manage reservations and itineraries
- Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and delivered to clients promptly
Client Communication & Support
- Understand client needs, preferences, and timelines to deliver tailored experiences
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and digital platforms
- Provide ongoing support before and during client travel
Logistics Coordination
- Maintain accurate schedules and records for client travel plans
- Ensure seamless execution of itineraries by confirming bookings and addressing issues
