The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders inwards and outwards
  • Serving customers at the Trade counter
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers for products and services
  • Ensure that orders are dispatched to customers at the earliest possible opportunity
  • Maintain the SAGE stock control system to ensure adequate stock is available on the shelf
  • Manage the couriers to ensure parcels are collected and delivered on time
  • Ensure that the store, packing room and trade counter areas are kept tidy
  • Ensure that goods received are neatly packed away into the store in the correct area
  • Communicate in an efficient and productive manner with suppliers, customers and fellow employees

Experience:

  • Previous Store/Trade counter experience required
  • Experience with industrial component sales is useful but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A valid driving license is essential
  • A forklift license is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided

Working Hours: 8 hours per day Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
