Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders inwards and outwards
- Serving customers at the Trade counter
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers for products and services
- Ensure that orders are dispatched to customers at the earliest possible opportunity
- Maintain the SAGE stock control system to ensure adequate stock is available on the shelf
- Manage the couriers to ensure parcels are collected and delivered on time
- Ensure that the store, packing room and trade counter areas are kept tidy
- Ensure that goods received are neatly packed away into the store in the correct area
- Communicate in an efficient and productive manner with suppliers, customers and fellow employees
Experience:
- Previous Store/Trade counter experience required
- Experience with industrial component sales is useful but not essential
- Strong work ethic and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- A valid driving license is essential
- A forklift license is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
Working Hours: 8 hours per day Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
