We are seeking a highly organised and professional Bookings Co‑ordinator to manage client enquiries and booking requests using Parker’s internal booking system. This role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal vehicle utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client enquiries and booking requests via Parker’s internal systems
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner, adhering to best industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers, chauffeurs, travel agents, corporate bookers and internal teams
  • Qualify, gather and accurately record reservation details to maximise revenue and vehicle efficiency
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and chat enquiries, ensuring clear and accurate communication
  • Provide accurate information on services, vehicle options, coverage areas and pricing
  • Ensure all reservations are processed, confirmed and executed in line with company protocols
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate bookings and respond to client requests
  • Monitor and follow up on customer enquiries to ensure a seamless service experience
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data, including personal and payment information
  • Report any issues with systems or equipment that may impact service delivery

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong IT literacy and ability to learn booking systems quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling and resource allocation effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage last‑minute requests

  • Experience liaising with chauffeurs, hotels, corporate clients and travel teams

Working Hours

Flexibility required to work shifts between 8:00am – 10:00pm

Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
