Role Overview
As a Delegate Acquisition Coordinator (Internally known as a Delegate Campaign Manager) you’ll drive high C-suite attendance at our events. You’ll identify key personas through your research, and build highly targeted delegate invite lists. Responsibilities include managing communication plans, verifying contact details and scheduling emails within the CRM. A successful Campaign Manager directly contributes to the impact each of our events has on the sectors we serve, by ensuring those key decision makers are on-site, sharing ideas and interacting with solution providers.
What Can You Expect from The Day to Day?
- Conduct market research to understand the sector’s industry including key institutions, stakeholders and competitors
- Data build delegate invite lists using online research, LinkedIn and online databases
- Establish delegate communication plan to maximise attendance
- Quality check outgoing emails and schedule their release within the CRM
- Introduce and produce a handover for delegates to the Relationship Managers
- Manage delegate decline and waiting lists to identify and invite key personas
Success Factors
Whilst previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident managing large amounts of data
- Pro-active and target driven
- Clear communicator, and able to convey concepts and critical messages
- Computer savvy and quick at picking up new systems
- Organised and self-sufficient
