The Role: We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in selling sponsorship packages for our UK and US-based premium Healthcare networking events. Experienced in driving sales activity across multiple platforms, including telephone outreach, email, and social channels, and in-person engagement, to consistently generate leads and close deals. What Can You Expect from The Day to Day?
- Close and repeat high-value sponsorship sales
- Plan for and engage with KPIs on activity and closed sales
- Develop relationships with decision-makers to build accounts
- Onsite face-to-face client management and event execution
- Identifying and securing new clients who can be developed into major accounts
- Manage and update your sales pipeline within CRM (Salesforce)
- Gather product and company feedback from clients and prospects
Success Factors:
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, ideally within event sponsorship
- Comfortable working US hours when required
- Proven track record of winning new business and successfully account managing existing clients
- Able to sell a concept and provide a consultative sales approach
