Join the team as a Talent Coordinator at PNC, based in London, UK. This role supports talent acquisition and talent management across Europe by managing full‑life‑cycle candidate and employee activities.
About the Role
As a Talent Coordinator, you will provide end‑to‑end support for the hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and talent management programs within the European team.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition – assist with CV review, interview coordination, candidate communication, system administration (iCIMS/Workday), Super Day logistics, event support, and new‑hire onboarding.
- Talent Management – serve as point of contact for employee inquiries, coordinate offboarding (reference letters, exit interviews), manage vendor onboarding, support training delivery, and assist with talent development projects.

Compensation & Application Window
Base salary: £40,000 – 50,000 per year.
Role is incentive eligible. Application window: typically posted for 48 business hours from 10/12/25, with discretion for longer periods.
