As a Relationship Manager II within PNC's Financial Services UK Limited, within PNC Business Credit, you will be based in Hayward Heath.

This position will reside in the United Kingdom and PNC will not assist with relocation or sponsorship of non-local candidates. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates relationship management activities with existing clients to ensure client retention, risk management and revenue growth.
  • Handles the origination, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Prepares approval documents using judgment and guidance from manager to identify risks and mitigants, and analyse credit, collateral strength, and financial worthiness of loan/transaction parties.
  • Effectively manages risk/return and drive quality for existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
  • Expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Focuses on client retention strategies and providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
  • Builds and maintains an effective network of internal and external relationships to enhance the client experience.
  • Negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
