Responsibilities

• Build automation for system administration.

• Design and build next-generation deployment pipelines; develop and maintain automation tooling and management kits for bare metal or cloud environments.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements to deployment automation. Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and related technologies.
• Define and lead automation-related initiatives across software and operations teams; ensure initiatives are properly scoped, sequenced, resourced, and aligned with business goals.
• Identify, design, deploy, and support robotic process automation (RPA) and other workflow automation solutions across the organization; develop and maintain security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) playbooks.
• Communicate with executive and cross-functional teams on emerging technologies and automation strategy; maintain roadmaps for data modernization and automation capabilities where applicable.
• Document current state and identify opportunities to automate risk controls and control backlogs; work with stakeholders to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS) and infrastructure as code (e. g., Terraform).
• Strong Linux administration experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools, RPA, and SOAR platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipeline ownership.
• Ability to design technical solutions and provide detailed technical design and implementation plans.
• Ability to work in remote or hybrid environments and collaborate with distributed teams.
