Our client PNAS tx Ltd is currently looking for a Research Scientist β Drug Delivery Systems (DDS) to join its team in the UK.
Location: Oxford, UK; up to 20% travel to Korea π¬ About PNAS tx Ltd Pnaseer (Korea) and PNAS tx (UK) are sister companies operating under shared leadership, focused on drug delivery system (DDS) platform development and advanced formulation technologies.
Their portfolio spans IV-to-SC reformulation, topical gel development for dermatology, injectable hydrogels, and multi-API delivery.
The UK entity, PNAS tx, leads pharma and DDS programmes in close collaboration with the Korea R multiple areas strongly preferred) :
- Injectable formulation: injectable hydrogels, depot systems, or parenteral biologics
- Biologic formulation: m Ab, ADC, protein or peptide stability, excipient science
- Topical/semi-solid formulation: gels, creams, hydrogels for dermatological or transdermal applications
- Nanoparticle formulation: nanogel, polymeric NPs, or related nanocarrier systems
- Hands-on experience in analytical and biophysical characterisation of biologic formulations, including techniques such as DLS, HPLC/UPLC, SEC, and rheology/viscometry
- Experience with cell culture and functional in vitro assays; experience with biologics or oncology programmes is desirable
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to apply analytical findings to formulation development. β Desirable
- Experience in a start-up, spin-out, or early-stage biotech environment
- Familiarity with UK grant processes (e. g.
- Innovate UK, UKRI) or equivalent
- Prior experience working with Korean academic or commercial research partners
- Knowledge of dermatology or aesthetic medicine applications Language Korean language skills are advantageous but not essential
