Position Overview
Join PMY’s Intelligence team and help transform complex data into actionable insights for world-class venues and events. You’ll work across diverse datasets such as fan behavior, commercial performance, and crowd intelligence, to deliver dashboards, models, and clear data stories that influence decisions. Expect variety: KPI development, reporting frameworks, and OPTIC-based crowd intelligence at major events. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics and reporting across sports, entertainment, and venue environments.
- Build dashboards, define KPIs, and present data stories that drive decisions.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers on integrations and frameworks.
- Support OPTIC deployments by linking sensor-driven insights to commercial outcomes.
What You Bring?
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and BI tools.
- Comfortable with large datasets, APIs, or sensor-derived data.
- Experience in commercial analytics, performance analysis, or similar applied environments.
- Degree or equivalent experience in analytics, data, statistics, or related fields.
