We’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to join us on a permanent basis. Often working to tight deadlines while overseeing multiple projects, we need a highly organised problem solver who can deliver multiple briefs on time and on budget.
We're looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of digital design and design-for-print processes and, ideally, they’ll have experience working within an agency or as part of a busy in-house team.
Responsibilities- Design: We’ll rely on you to turn design briefs into innovative, creative concepts for all marketing channels.
- Brand: You’ll ensure that the organisation’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with our/their overall brand. You’ll have experience in brand development from concept to rollout across multiple media touchpoints.
- High-stakes pitching: You’ll take ownership of major pitches, presenting compelling creative solutions to clients, internal teams and stakeholders at all levels with confidence and strategic thinking.
- Innovation & trends: You have a deep understanding of emerging design trends, tools and techniques. You’ll introduce innovative ideas, drive creative experimentation and guide the team in adopting new design methodologies.
- Mentorship: Alongside our Senior Creative Managers, you’ll provide guidance, feedback and mentorship to junior and middleweight designers, helping them to grow their skills and improve their creative output.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior design role, within an agency setting would be preferable.
- Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design projects, demonstrating expertise in concept development, multi-platform execution and innovation in branding, digital and motion design.
- Design pro: Fluent in the Adobe Creative suite, focusing on Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD/Figma and Microsoft Suite. Experience in 3D & 4D design would be preferable but not essential.
- UX/UI & digital proficiency: A strong understanding of front-end design constraints (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), accessibility best practices (WCAG guidelines), and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers to create seamless, user-centric digital experiences.
- Global mindset: Experience working across multiple markets and audiences, collaborating with teams and suppliers worldwide.
- A confident communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas, design rationale and strategic concepts to stakeholders, clients and internal teams. Able to provide constructive critique and guide creative discussions with clarity and confidence.
- Team player: A collaborative mindset and thrives in team-oriented environments while taking ownership of creative projects.
- Cultural buff: You have a good grasp of art, design, photography, pop culture and current events. You’re in the know about what’s happening in the world.
- Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 depending on experience

Hours: Mon – Fri, between 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Hybrid working: A minimum of 3 days in the office per week after successfully completing onboarding period.
Location: Billingshurst office with free parking. Please note a driver’s licence is not essential but would probably be beneficial, due to the rural location of the office.
Interview process- First round: Interviews will take place at our office in Billingshurst.
- Second round: Invitation to trial day.
- A potential third-round interview may be required, but expenses would be covered if necessary.
