Are you an experienced SEO digital marketeer with 2+ years’ practical experience and a passion for driving measurable growth? Wanting a role where you can take ownership, influence strategy and grow within a supportive, ambitious team? PMW is looking for a Senior SEO Executive to join our energetic and collaborative agency.

You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, shaping SEO strategy from discovery through to delivery while helping to evolve our agency’s SEO offering. You’ll play an important role not only in delivering outstanding results for clients, but also in driving best practice, championing emerging SEO technologies and keeping our team ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse SEO performance and positioning for client websites
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for new and existing sites
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as a trusted SEO advisor
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, content reviews and competitor analysis
  • Lead SEO projects and retainers, ensuring strong delivery and results
  • Deliver on-page optimisation recommendations (metadata, headings, content structure, schema where relevant)
  • Support website launches, migrations, and redesigns from an SEO perspective
  • Work closely with designers, developers and copywriters to embed SEO best practice
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to agency SEO best practice and internal knowledge sharing
  • Stay up to date with SEO tools, AI developments and algorithm updates
Essential Criteria
  • 2+ years’ experience in an SEO role, ideally within an agency
  • Experience contributing to SEO strategy from planning through to optimisation
  • Experience managing SEO performance across multiple websites
  • Strong knowledge of SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console, plus WordPress or similar CMS
  • Ability to analyse data and confidently present insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience implementing SEO improvements on client websites

Terms & Benefits
  • Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week, some flexibility)
  • Hybrid working: 3 days office-based per week (full-time in-office during onboarding)
  • Location: Billingshurst office with free parking
  • Holiday: 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) + your birthday off + Bank Holidays
