Job Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Log all invoices received onto our accounting system, then circulate to authorised personnel via a scanner using correct nominal/client codes.
  • Payments: Processing foreign payments daily and preparing a weekly BACS run for most UK based suppliers.
  • Supplier statements: Checking and reconciling supplier statements.
