To meet the growing demand for Amazon Operations in Customer Fulfillment (CF), the Program Strategy team is seeking a leader and experienced Program Manager to lead our Generative AI and automation initiatives. You will spearhead the development and implementation of AI solutions that transform our fulfillment operations while maintaining our customer‑first approach.

As the thought leader, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive AI governance frameworks and documentation strategies.
  • Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for AI implementation and automation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on AI project success metrics.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging AI technologies and tools.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on AI solutions.
  • Lead change management initiatives including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, and adoption strategies.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for implementing Generative AI and automation technologies across CF operations.
  • Lead the development of an AI‑powered Change Management framework, leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize stakeholder engagement and High‑Volume Event management.
  • Partner with customers throughout the AI solution lifecycle, from needs assessment through implementation and post‑launch support.
  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive adoption of AI tools and automated processes across teams.
  • Architect and implement AI‑driven solutions for process automation, operational efficiency, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Design and oversee the creation of intelligent documentation systems and knowledge bases using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation in training initiatives, process benchmarking, and strategic planning.
  • Scale AI solutions across North American operations while ensuring consistent performance and reliability.

This high‑visibility role will pioneer the future of AI at Amazon by incorporating AI and machine learning capabilities within the Operations organization. You will be at the forefront of building next‑generation AI solutions that redefine how Amazon operates at scale.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
