PMR is seeking an interim Property Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of around 35 residential developments in Wokingham, Berkshire. This temporary assignment starts immediately and runs for a minimum of three months, with a view to extension if required.
You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise contractors, oversee service charges and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents.
