We're working with a fast-growing residential operator to find a Resident Night Host someone who thrives in the evening hours and takes real pride in making a building feel like home, long after the 9-to-5 crowd has clocked off. The role
As Resident Night Host, you'll be the warm, capable presence residents rely on through the evening greeting people as they arrive home, handling queries, managing parcels and deliveries, and keeping the building's communal spaces looking their best. You'll carry out regular walkabouds to keep the scheme safe and well-presented, be the first point of contact if something needs attention, and hand over cleanly to the day team so nothing slips through the cracks.
This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role. It's front-of-house hospitality with purpose building the kind of resident relationships that turn a building into a community.
What you'll bring
- A genuinely warm, can-do attitude and strong customer service instincts
- A calm head comfortable handling ad hoc issues and knowing when to escalate
- Great attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
- Reliability residents need to know you'll be there
- Ideally, some experience in hospitality, concierge, security, or residential/BTR environments (though attitude counts for a lot here)

- Salary: £15,250
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 6pm - midnight
- Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
- Annual leave: 23 days
- Start date: ASAP
- Closing date: 13th September 2026
