We are recruiting on behalf of a leading housing and care provider for a Mobile Support Officer to join their Retirement Living team based in Crewe. This is a rewarding and varied role for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of older and vulnerable people living independently in the community.

The Role

As a Mobile Support Officer you will be responsible for visiting customers across a defined geographical patch, assessing their needs and ensuring they have the right support in place to live safely and independently at home. You'll be out in the community, responding to emergencies, installing and maintaining personal alarm systems, and working proactively to identify any changes in your customers' needs before they become bigger problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out regular visits to customers within your patch to monitor wellbeing and ensure support remains appropriate to their needs
