This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and efficient service charge accounting, compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional support to both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage service charge budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational requirements. Conduct year-end service charge reconciliations and liaise with external auditors to finalize accounts.
